“Comfortable for one night near the airport, but cleanliness and hospitality need improvement”
Unfortunately (or fortunately) I stayed only one night at this guest house in Kuta. The location is quite convenient, especially for reaching the airport, and overall the structure is not uncomfortable. However, the room had a strong musty smell and did not seem particularly clean; especially the bathroom, where I found many ants. Another aspect that disappointed me was the lack of hospitality from the staff. Upon my arrival, in the early afternoon, I simply found the keys left at the door of the room and did not meet anyone even at the time of departure. I was sorry because one of the things I appreciate most when staying in guest houses is the possibility of meeting and chatting with local people. Overall, an accommodation without infamy and without praise, which can be fine for a passing night, especially due to its proximity to the airport, but with several aspects that could be improved.
