Reasonably spacious apartment.
No water. We stayed for 1 week and they never managed to get us water gallons for the dispenser. After six days we got Cleo that did not fit in the dispenser. The ACs barely put out cold air. Takes 12 hours to barely cool the apartment. The check-in process is literally the worst I have ever seen in my life. Not only does the check-in app barely work after several tries, they will ask you for an expected arrival time. Then they will ask you to confirm your arrival time 1 hour before. After doing both of those things, they left me waiting in the lobby, very awkwardly, for nearly 1 hour. Just horrible. Cozystay should not be allowed to operate a hula hoop, let alone an apartment in a nice building. They are a painful joke that you play on yourself by staying with them.
