Very clean good location
That you didn't really have comfortable seating. After a day of walking, you can't sit comfortably anywhere. And you only have a sheet, I find a thin duvet more comfortable to sleep in.

“Nice homestay with a kind family”
Clean, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Simple but tasty breakfast. Very friendly host: she gave us tips about the area and helped with everything. We could also rent a scooter there. Price-quality ratio 10/10.
Somewhat noisy due to many animals in the area. You could also hear the people in the rooms next to you well.
