The apartment was very dirty with hair everywhere, water stagnating in the bathroom with hair in it, a horrible smell, the air conditioning not working. The sheets were stained everywhere and the location felt like being in the middle of a busy street. My worst experience

The on-site staff were very nice. They cleaned very thoroughly and communicated well through WhatsApp. There is a laundromat downstairs.
You cannot advertise that a place has a kitchen when you only provide one pot and no cooking utensils. I asked for a kitchen knife and was told no, asked for a chopping board and was told no, asked for stirrers and was told no. The convection hob is probably used to reheat already bought food because no one can chop anything with a butter knife. The available pot was awful. Very misleading in the website description. A cook cannot do anything in this space. There is no iron in the room and no hairdryer. And only 2 small bottles of water. Everywhere else I have stayed has a water dispenser to refill bottles.
