“Extremely disappointing experience - the hospitality was unpleasant, and the experience was very disappointing.”
The apartment is located in a good area, and the building facilities are quite nice.
Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by poor hospitality. The apartment was in an unbelievably dirty condition when I arrived. When I reported this, the owner seemed offended and initially wanted to charge me for cleaning, which was shocking. I asked her to inspect the apartment herself, but instead, she chose to send someone to clean—fulfilling my original request. It was also clear that she wasn’t aware of the actual condition of the apartment.
