A spacious and well-decorated house
Quite far from the center of Ubud, you will need to take a taxi to get there, or even to eat

“Overall a good place to stay”
The villa overall is nice and big. The rooms downstairs were spacious with nice bathrooms. The living room and dining area and kitchen were all great also. The staff were friendly and during the day from morning till early evening, available to contact via WhatsApp messaging. Staff were happy to come and clean as often as we wanted. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cutlery, and plates. We arrived early morning and the staff came to help us in. The location was ok, outside of the busy area and around 20 mins drive to Ubud centre. Provided drinking water.
There were lots of ants near the sink with no apparent reason why they were there. The staff weren’t contactable outside of working hours. The two rooms upstairs are very basic and the bathrooms were too small.

WiFi doesn't work, if you want to rent this villa for a large group - I do NOT recommend it. The villa owner does not inform that two rooms are on the second floor and the shower is next to the toilet, when you wash, the water stands around the toilet and does not flush, so it's just terrible. We wrote to the staff not to enter the villa without permission, they didn't care and went into the rooms while we were away.
