The hidden cost of deposit and the fact I have to give them a copy of my ID I had to chase them information on how to check in, how to check out, to get my deposit back, it was awful The place wasnt perfect either, one of the light was off and they didn't replaced, there was two holes on the wall, there was insect like tomcat ant which was quite dangerous and some unknown bug The towel has yellow stain It was bad customer service
