I wish to assert that this accommodation is totally unsuitable and not as advertised. Upon our arrival, we were asked for 200,000 IDR in cash, which had never been mentioned before. The accommodation was dirty, without any kitchen utensils, and in the bathroom there was nothing but a single towel without soap. Additionally, no Wi-Fi connection was available, contrary to what was indicated. The management of the apartment by the responsible persons is disastrous, especially in terms of assistance. I strongly advise against renting this apartment: it's a real shame. However, the surroundings are nice, which is the only positive point.

“I feel humiliated by what I paid for a 1-room apartment”
I hereby file a formal complaint about the apartment where I stayed for two nights. Upon arrival, the state of the apartment was very poor and absolutely not in line with the expectations and the price I paid. This apartment does not meet basic standards of hygiene and comfort. While showering, the shower cabin overflowed completely due to the drain being clogged with a large amount of hair. I had to clean this myself and remove a large amount of hair with my hand. This is very unhygienic and unacceptable. In addition, the bedroom had old wallpaper that was completely affected by mold (see attached photos). The smell of mold was extremely strong and pervasive, especially at night. Even with the air conditioning on, this smell persisted, severely disrupting my sleep. The air smelled musty and unhealthy. Due to these circumstances, I felt humiliated as a consumer, especially considering the high price I paid for this stay. This was a very unpleasant experience and completely ruined my stay. Given the serious deficiencies, I request a suitable compensation, preferably a full or partial refund of the amount paid.
