The space is large, with common areas, suitable for multiple people to stay. The landlord cleans the common areas every day to keep them clean!
The water heater has a small capacity. If multiple people take showers before and after, the people at the back will run out of hot water. The landlord is very nice and will check it out as soon as possible. The temporary solution during the stay is to take showers in batches and extend each person's shower time.
