The breakfast was excellent! The location was perfect and allowed us to move around easily on foot.
At the end of our stay, the pool no longer seemed to be filtered probably due to a breakdown, which unfortunately made the water a little less clean.

Everything about this place is so special! The staff go above and beyond every single day, they truly cannot do enough for you. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed, looked after and completely at home. The hotel is so clean, the facilities are fantastic, and the food and drinks are all absolutely beautiful. The location is fabulous too! I came here as a solo traveler and felt so safe and well looked after throughout my entire stay, which made my first time in Bali even more special. 🤹💍 I genuinely cannot wait to come back and revisit this wonderful hotel! Thank you so much to everyone at TUI BLUE Berawa for making my first trip to Bali so truly amazing. You have all been incredible! 🤹🌴☀️💍

The staff were really lovely, attentive and hard working. I have found every one who works in the service industry in Bali is always happy to help, hardworking and extremely eager to please. The hotel itself is clean, modern and includes a really good breakfast as well as a rooftop pool with day beds.
The walls are paper thin, as are the doors. This was so bad that we could hear staff on their radios at 7am out in the corridor, it was so loud they may as well have been in the room. Not only that, but other guests opening doors, having conversations in their room or just generally moving about is loud. This hotel seems to be popular with guests who are looking to party, so at 4am we were woken by someone urinating in the hall way, screaming and shouting, we had about 3 hours sleep over 4 days
