“Raja ampat is Blue Sea!”
Raja ampat is Blue Sea! Raja ampat is Paulus! The best experience of my whole trip! I could spend all day telling good things about this accommodation. Interact with the great Paulus and with Raya, his assistant (Raya doesn't speak English but they are great people). I can say that I have grown fond and left a part of me there and will definitely return. Mention the work of his wife in the kitchen, abundant meals, and unique breakfasts. Simple but well-prepared food. They will make you feel at home. I will not forget the homemade donuts or the crepes. At the jetty, you can snorkel to see everything, corals, fish of all kinds, some small sharks, and even a small stingray at the bottom. As for the hut, it is more than enough, not a place for luxury but you will have everything you need. Hot water, comfortable bed with mosquito net (although there were not many mosquitoes), bathroom in the same hut. They are not the most beautiful houses in Raja Ampat but you will feel at home. Walking a few minutes away, you will find the village where most of the staff from all the other homestays live.
Trust Paulus's excursions, he is a great captain and will take care of you during your stay. The excursions are not cheap but he will definitely do his best to satisfy you. (We stayed more days than what appears on booking) Thank you very much, Paulus. We will meet again, my friend!
