After booking this property, I noticed that there was no reply to my communications regarding late check-in information. When we landed, we phoned the host and were told that the host would call us back on WhatsApp, which did not happen. We tried to phone the host many times, but our calls went unanswered. Our agent also tried but did not receive a response. Many hours later, after sitting in the foyer without air conditioning, we checked into the hotel next door as we desperately needed to sleep. My recommendation for those booking with this host: - book early - if there is no communication regarding check-in instructions (which are supposed to be sent 24 hours after booking), cancel and find other accommodation - make sure you speak the local language when phoning the host - do not agree to the host's request to call you back on WhatsApp. Good luck with this apartment, which looks good in the photos, but I can't verify as I never saw what it looked like inside!
