“Overall an awesome trip and a beautiful villa which we will book again”
Not having keys and a member of the team being there to let us in/out was great! The space was awesome, the pool is divine and overall the villa was beautiful and we will definitely book it again, the location is perfect! I’ve been to Bali/Seminyak many times and stayed in various places (including The Oberoi and The Seminyak - both literally a minutes walk from this villa) and this is my new favourite place to stay!
Not having keys - it swings both ways unfortunately. A couple of times the staff weren’t there to let us out/in - the back door was left open but no one was there which was a little concerning as we left all our things in the villa thinking someone was there to look after them. We got back and the back door was wide open so anyone could go in but no staff member was present - they were in the other villa. Unfortunately in the world today, leaving a door wide open in a villa full of a tourists belongings is not wise and this was concerning
