“Find a room on the upper floors and”
The employees are friendly. The location and price balance is very good, with a beautiful view, pool, gym, tennis, and other facilities available.
The staff doesn't speak English, they try to help as much as they can, but the communication problem becomes a hindrance at some point. Contact Jane via WhatsApp for communication issues. The cooking pans were always rusty, and kitchen tables and other utensils could sometimes be broken.

The gym and lobby area are very nice.
There were a lot of old brown long hairs in the shower drain. We didn't get a parking ticket, so we had to pay over 120k Rupiah for parking in the garage. The instructions on how to get into the apartment were unclear, and they sent many messages with partially contradicting statements. They asked us not to inform the reception that we booked via Booking.com, so currently, it's being rented out somewhat illegally. The apartment furniture wasn't very comfortable, but okay, the bed was good.

“Very poor”
The apartment is close to the airport, clean, and has a nice view.
This place shouldn't be listed on Booking.com. It seems like it's mainly for permanent residents, and the staff isn't prepared to receive guests who booked online. This is probably not their fault but more of a communication issue. For example, we tried to ask for a knife to cut some fruit, but they didn't understand us. We tried using a translator, but eventually, they hung up on us, and we never got the knife. Additionally, when we checked in, we received a key at the reception. When we checked out, we naturally thought we should return the key to the reception since we hadn't received any other instructions. However, the receptionist refused to take the key and told us to go back to B1 to the mailbox because they don't handle check-ins there. I told her they do because I checked in there, but she kept saying 'no,' and I had to go to a mailbox in B1. I went there but couldn't find a mailbox since I hadn't checked in that way. Meanwhile, my airport taxi was waiting outside. So, I went back up and said I had to leave the keys there, or I would miss my flight, and she threw them on the floor outside. I'm currently in my airport taxi, hoping the keys don't get picked up by someone else. The TV also didn't work, and the wifi was really unstable (apparently due to a provider issue). For these reasons, I cannot recommend staying at this place through Booking.com.

“Exceptional”
It was a pleasant stay! Everything was great. The host was very helpful and responsive. The room itself is clean and spacious. The location is perfect for my needs. Overall, it was really great. Thank you, Ms. Jane & team :)
