The location and in-house facilities were nice. If something was lacking, they provided that thing timely. The entrance is inside the mall so you don't have to go far away for eating and shopping. There is a supermarket in the basement which is very handy.
There was some noise of the air-conditioning outdoor unit in the small room but they provided us with earplugs to overcome that while sleeping.

The location.
I disliked this booking. Usually with booking.com, you make a booking, and then receive instructions on how to enter... full stop. This booking? I was immediately bombarded with requests... make a 750K rupiah security deposit. Then select a 450k rupiah cleaning bill. Why? We always leave the property clean, and we never have a problem. It seems to me, this company... kozystay... want you to pay nearly 60% of the bill in cleaning, take a security deposit, and then rip you off. The place was dirty when we arrived - so obviously no one cleaned it properly, either using the security payment from the previous guest or not. The walls are stained, dirty, with poorly repaired cracks in the walls, dirty marks on the walls, what looked like blood, or maybe nasal mucus stains on the bathroom walls. We then tried to do laundry. The dryer did not work. Inside the dryer, there was a written note "Dryer out of service". I sent this to kozystay chat on booking.com, and they said the dryer was working perfectly before I arrived. So, wait a moment, the dryer was working perfectly, yet really it was not, and there was an "out of service sign"... yet they say it was fine before we arrived? Either they trust the maintenance service, who are doing nothing, or they are calling me a liar so they can claim the security bill for 750k? There was also a light that flickered on and off. Also, there were dirty stains on the bathroom floors, holes and screws in the walls where towel rails, safe deposit box, other items had been removed or simply fallen off. Then they kept messaging me non-stop, many times "are you enjoying your stay etc etc.?" NO - STOP BOTHERING ME and FIX THE PLACE INSTEAD OF BEING A COMPLETE ANNOYING DISTURBING PAIN. As for check-in and check-out instructions - booking.com review asked me if it was easy, was it secure. Yes - easy. No - totally not secure. The key was collected from a box, but it was not locked and was open to the public.
