Customer service is excellent. They were fast on handling our complain about the AC. Location is good, near our office in Simatupang. Oh, and apartment view is impressive, we loving it.
Getting food on day 1 is hard. Since the traffic is crazy in Jakarta, not many choices nearby without being jammed. Other than that, we managed just fine.

It was very clean. Lovely pool. Towels were wonderfully clean. Beds were good.
The couch was really too small. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken (they did look at it though)
