“Very modern and clean, but expensive”
Everything very clean and well-maintained. Very friendly staff. Since our flight was in the evening, we were allowed to continue using the hotel facilities after check-out and even shower and prepare for the long flight in the spa area.
The prices at the hotel for food and drinks are very high. What I didn't like at all was that you also had to pay for snorkeling equipment and similar rentals - That was different in other hotels.

“Appearance over quality. A big disappointment.”
The view from the room is the highlight of the hotel. The room is spacious and the bedding is good.
A 5-star hotel that clearly does not meet the level. A real tourist factory where profitability seems to take precedence over the customer experience. Nauseating sewer smells in some rooms - to the point that we had to ask for a change - but also near the pool. The staff is smiling, but the service is sorely lacking in attention: one mainly feels that everything is done to make you consume. The food is also very disappointing: lots of choices, but no taste or quality. In summary: lots of infrastructure, newness, spectacular... but no soul and a customer experience far below what one expects from a 5-star.

“Piece of heaven in Flores”
Everything! From the location, facilities, staff and food, you cannot make a better choice in Flores! We had the most amazing and relaxing stay, with amazing views over the bay and cannot wait to be back!
It was simply perfect! Thank you who made our stay so amazing!
