“Luxurious, comfortable and highly recommended”
The villa is an oasis, the pool and the nature around it are stunning, the house itself is lovely as well. Having water provided was also a huge convenience and meant we didn’t have to worry about basics after a 22h journey. The staff is helpful and there are many things on offer like massages, food etc.
We had no issues with the property, a few considerations would be 1) it’s tucked away at the end of a small road and 2) the rooms are in the middle of nature which we loved, however naturally there were some geckos etc around (harmless and tiny) - the staff was super helpful in removing them when necessary

“If you are used to living in dirt, come to Villa Louise Hana”
The place is beautiful, not far from the center. That's all
The dirtiest villa in the history of Bali superhosts. There is a river-waterfall nearby, and after the rain, it is impossible to sleep there, it feels like a huge kitchen hood is turned on nearby. We arrived in the rain and after a night there, we asked to return the remainder or change the villa. We were refused. Dirt, leaks, and a broken tap, a huge number of ants were responded to with additional cleaning and a bonus massage. Funny) they poisoned the ants, but it didn't help. I have never seen so many ants in Ubud, you shower in the shower as if in an anthill. Cleaning is just a name, they changed the towel once in 5 nights!!! And that was on request! I even bought a kitchen towel specially to clean the kitchen myself, but after the next visit of the staff, it disappeared. They stole the towel. Either they really liked it or they deliberately didn't want the villa to be clean. We left the villa with joy

Power outage all night. Relocated to another unclean villa. Compensated with a free massage which could not be used the next day
