SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!!! Don't fall for it! We couldn't check-in because the keys were not delivered. Every time they said they would come in an hour. But no one showed up. So, we left for another hotel. Very inconvenient system. Before check-in, you need to pay a deposit through the app. We paid, and we still haven't received our money back. No refund for the room or the deposit. Lost money, lost time, and got a lot of stress.
