The staff were amazing, Ayu cooked a lovely breakfast for us each morning and made our stay comfortable
The photos advertised online do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. The pool and surrounding lawns were poorly maintained, with debris remaining on the bottom of the pool throughout our stay. The walls throughout the property are in need of painting, and we experienced repeated issues with the water supply cutting out and the power tripping countless times during our stay. The bathroom drains were prone to blocking and emitted unpleasant odours. All the vanities were cracked and stains in toilets and bathtubs were not pleasant. Additionally, the sliding doors did not lock securely, raising concerns about security. The wardrobes are also located in the outdoor bathrooms, which is not a practical or secure arrangement for guests. Overall, the property is in need of significant maintenance and upkeep. Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation fell well below what was presented in the online photos and what we expected when booking. For the price paid, we expected a much better standard of cleanliness, maintenance and security.
