“Good for family, friends or couple. Service is warm & inviting. Would consider coming again.”
Spacious, good value, most things worked. Staff were friendly - hotel staff supported the managed units (by kozy) even though its not under their mgmt. Overall still quite well managed villa, pool was very clean. You pay a dee to access the hotel’s facilities & use of buggy but worth it. Water in front of hotel was excellent.
Instructions not provided, such as housecleaning had to be requested a day in advance, welcome chocolate ran out but the offer of free chocolate was still there. Few or no cooking essentials available & when asked staff unclear what is available in unit. How water comes on in the day, not evening.
