“Nice, quiet place just outside Kuta center”
Beautiful villa, all to ourselves, lovely tropical bathrooms, good air conditioning in the bedrooms. Helpful, friendly host. Nearby there is a nice coffee/breakfast/lunch spot, Ground. Other restaurants within walking distance as well. Beach and Kuta center are a bit further away, so scooters are handy. Some reviews mentioned issues with mosquitoes. We didn't experience any issues. There were mosquitoes, but the plugs worked well against them. There was also anti-mosquito spray available. No noise disturbance from the surroundings. It was actually a bit off the main road, making it wonderfully peaceful.
The wifi doesn't work in two out of the three bedrooms. We were unlucky to have a power outage in the entire neighborhood on the first night/day. No one could do anything about it.

“Dream house”
Everything was perfect 👍. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The house is large, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. It is also quite well located, a 20/25-minute walk from the beach, or just 5 minutes by scooter... icing on the cake, there is a laundromat 3 minutes away on foot. Warungs, etc... also just a few minutes' walk away.
