“I never want to stay at Travelio again where it's necessary”
Directly connected to the shopping mall, very convenient being close to the workplace
The shower only had water. Cockroaches kept appearing one after another, which was disgusting. The washing machine was outside the room. Registration with Travelio was required, a separate deposit was requested along with Booking.com, no response at all when asked for Wi-Fi repair. The explanation for returning the key was also unclear. Even though I followed the instructions, left the key in the room, took a photo, and sent it for confirmation, I was still asked for the cost of key loss and reissuance, and after several weeks of back and forth, the deposit was finally returned. There was no apology even then. It was the worst to have my time taken up while being busy with work.
