It's great! If you're hesitating, book it. The staff there is very friendly, it's very close to the center. The hotel is very nice and very good for the price, I have stayed in more expensive hotels that were much worse. It's clean, hot water, very comfortable beds, good location.
Nothing, everything is perfect (:

The location is very good. Just a short walk from Marlborough Street, yet very quiet. There are also local diners famous for breakfast nearby, and it's within a 10-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient for those who mainly use trains. On the other hand, for those who use cars, although the parking lot is spacious, the roads and entrance are narrow, so it seems inconvenient.
From the beautiful reception to being guided to the old Villa on the opposite side of the road, the initial impression upon entering the room was, 'Is this the servants' quarters?' It's narrow, dim, and damp. Perhaps it's because it's a Villa that there are no partitions or steps between the toilet and the shower? Since the hot water from the shower hits the toilet seat directly, when using the shower, it's best to keep the toilet paper outside the washroom. Considering the cost-performance for a one-night stay, it was good, but for multiple nights, it might be a bit tough.

Location was great. Staff and room were super friendly. They offer extra services to guests. Parking facilities and an outdoor kitchen were a big plus for us.
