Good mattresses from the condo structure
Very bureaucratic, everything very dirty, delay in delivering the key, horrible communication, slow in responding, using only the local language, didn't have the right utensils on-site, cold water, no hot water, charged for sheets and an extra mattress for my 2-year-old SON. Messages in the local language that if you're late you'll pay a fine, the same for leaving, they gave me 10 minutes to leave through the app or else I would have to pay a fine. For someone who is traveling and still has to deal with this type of message, delay in delivering the key. Horrible automatic chats to deal with. Terrible experience, I do not recommend and will never use Travelio's services again. Shocked by the lack of empathy, professionalism, and willingness to make the customer's life difficult. Region with heavy traffic.
