Good location, the staff offered to pick us up at the port and the return was free, possibility to choose breakfast
Breakfast in small quantity, cold water and water flow problem in the shower, staff very insistent for the tour of the Gili Islands.

Impossible to talk about what we liked when the owner threatens us.
Intrusive messages, threats were made after leaving a review of his hotel. Cold shower, possible water cut. Breakfast in small quantity, you have to ask for more the day before.

-encouraging local owners (not foreigners); -comfortable beds; -room size; -view from our bed.
-cold showers (we managed, it wasn't dramatic, but I mention it for awareness); -they tried a lot (too much) to sell us their snorkeling excursions and their boat has no stabilizers: we preferred to take the excursion with the Sunrise restaurant and it was extraordinary; -we would have liked to feel a bit more warmth.

The views from the accommodation were very nice and the bed was very comfortable.
There was no hot water without notice in the ad. The towels were stained (although we asked for a change and they brought them), the bed linen also stained and the floor full of sand.
