The villa is new, very beautiful, perfectly clean. Equipped with everything necessary for a long stay. The villa manager Ermono is just excellent, very professional. Especially at our request, he installed a brand new washing machine, promptly brought water to the cooler. He always cared about how comfortable our stay was. Special thanks to him for everything.
Very very thin walls, everything can be heard - from screaming roosters and neighbor's children to dogs and neighbors sorting out their relationships. Neighbor's cats came periodically and meowed under the windows. No sleeping pill helped. 10 nights with earplugs - not a great vacation. The location is not comfortable. There is basically nowhere to walk, to go to the ATMs and shops you have to walk downhill for 20 minutes, back looking around so as not to be run over, crawling all 30 minutes in the heat. Without rented transport, it is very uncomfortable. The nearest beach Nusa Dua and all the beaches in the area, including Melasti (supposedly the best on the island) are terribly dirty. Tons of garbage everywhere, and in the center of the island in Ubud, where the sea doesn't even reach - the same.
