“Great location, but poor maintenance & cleanliness. No water for one day & one night and we got refund for one n”
Location.
Dirty sofa, rats in the kitchen ( the rats ate our food and some food were on the floor the next morning) , one day without any tap water ( can’t shower and use the toilet ). We got refund for one night stay but we had to keep pushing for it, otherwise they didn’t take any action. Thanks to booking.com customer service , they took prompt action and got the refund after 2 weeks.

Great and strategic location, good prices! Prompt responses as well
The AC in the main room kept on turning off on its own after being turned on for a short time eg. an hour, so it was really inconvenient and uncomfortable during the night when we slept. However, I did raise this issue with the villa contact person the next day and they mentioned it was fixed later that day because they tested it immediately and said it could turn on for an hour when they tested it but yes indees it could, but then only for an hour and then it would turn off again. In addition, the floor felt dirty in general but I’m not sure if it was just due to its industrial design or not.

“Really enjoyed our stay and the staff was super friendly and sweet. Will definitely come back again!”
I love how big the space was and that it was cosy! The staff was friendly and they made the check in and check out process super easy. They were also engaging by asking for feedback on how they can improve.
There was a weird smell at the common area which the staff was super helpful in trying to get rid of.
