We were met very late at night upon our arrival with a lovely cool welcome drink. Very friendly staff. Could not fault check-in and check-out. Affordable and great value for money.
Some road noise when sitting outside. Can be heard less in the bedrooms. There is construction across the road (not that impacted our stay), a high-end luxury hotel being built on the beach. I suspect once that is built the beach will be a big nicer to visit.

The large comfortable rooms and lovely outdoor area
The service each day was inconsistent, and some days substandard, for example kitchen benches and hobs not wiped, toilet paper not replaced. Air con in one of the rooms didn't work properly, had on 16° and was still not cold.
