“Perfect, beautiful place to stay”
We loved staying in this villa - it was down a driveway in the centre of an incredible shopping strip in Sanur with spas, restaurants and shops everywhere (and close to the beach although we only went there once as the beach was blah compared to what we'd experienced in Nusa Lembognan). The villa is beautiful - huge bedrooms with separate bathrooms, an incredible kitchen and living area that is lovely and cool, and a wonderful pool and outdoor seating area. There are a few run-down aspects like the washing machine that doesn't work or the door that is hard to fully open or the confusion about how to get hot and cold water in one of the bathrooms, but honestly, these were such minor things as overall we just loved staying here and had a lovely time.

The location is amazing, right on the main strip for food/drinks/spas/etc and a short stroll to the beach. The pool was fresh and cold, interior spacious, every bedroom has its own bathroom. Most bedrooms had no noise from the main street. The photos are accurate (ie. yes, it's really that lovely). The property manager is responsive and helpful. We had a mixed family group of parents+kids/grandma/aunty, all with different needs and wants from the place, and we all loved it <3
The things that "could have been better" aren't really in the property manager's control, just some things to be aware of. 1. One of the bedrooms is quite separate to the main house (a lockable exterior door between them) and accessible by steep, narrow stairs. Suitable if you're able-bodied and ok with your own space. It does get some live music/street noise until it calms down around midnight. 2. Right now (July 2026) there is some construction next door, it was only happening when the temperature was bearable - there is noise but it's relatively minimal (no jackhammers), there are times when the workers (above) can see you. Some of the scaffolding materials from the construction did get noisy during a windy night.

Very private Villa in centre of town. Spacious with lovely rooms & the facilites were exceptional.
The stairs on the upstairs room were a bit steep & small.
