The location is good, quiet, beautiful territory.
The manager at the reception demanded additional payment of taxes and fees, despite my repeated statements that all taxes and fees are included in the booking cost on Booking.com, and I showed my reservation.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Really accommodating and there was a good service. We can only say positive things about the staff! Good swimming pool.
The facilities are in need of a major upgrade. In the first house, the bed fell through the floor. (The staff was very quick to give us a new house). In the next house, the roof fell off the toilet after a stormy night. The toilet is outside but covered. There were cockroaches in the toilet. The beds were so soft that they created a hole around you. The air conditioning was not good enough to keep the house cool, and it was almost unbearable to be there during the day. And the bungalows are located far behind the main road, a bit too remote for our taste. We ended up checking out 3 days early. I observed many mosquitoes and apparently the black and white-spotted ones that are said to be possible carriers of dengue fever (they are in Indonesia but with small children, it was not a pleasant experience).

Nice manager.
Very very moldy inside the room. Not properly ventilated. No openable windows except the door. Not a healthy environment to sleep in.
