Liked the modern style of the villa, enjoyed the nice cold aircon. The pool was good. Filtered water dispenser was handy with cold, normal and hot water.
Getting to the villa and finding it was difficult, especially cause security didn’t speak English. The villa had a mouldy spell in both bathroom and bedrooms. The deck around the pool isn’t secure, some lose decking, not the safest when you get out of the pool. Toilet in the main bathroom wasn’t fixed to the floor. Some leaks in bathroom from light fixtures, and from the stop tap underneath the sink, had to keep putting towels down on the floors. Build up of condensation and a little bit of mould on windows when you wake up every morning. When the villa was “cleaned” 3 days into our stay, we found some dirt marks and other markings what looked like paw prints on the bedding. Definitely not the best value for money.

There were no positive aspects of the villa
The place is a building site, dirty, noisy and dangerous, 8am the builders start thumping and hammering directly on the walls, power tools and the radio playing dangdut (dance music made by prostitutes) at full volume, the 8 builders from Java are also sleeping in the part build villa next door posing a serious security risk are on your roof peeping in to the skylights in to the bathrooms as it overlooks 3 Cactus Villa. There’s dust from the building everywhere, the place is filthy, they have scratched my rental can with falling debris (picture attached), this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, we left after 3 of the 12 days we’d booked for, booking.com should delist the property, honestly I could write a book on all the issues with the villa itself, designed and built by cretinous sadists and built from concrete and garbage, supposedly brand new and already stained, broken and crumbling, 240v ac outlets in the bathrooms next to the sinks but lower than the level of the sink itself and 1m from the bath and shower so it won’t be long before someone accidentally kills them self, no storage for food or clothes, not a single wardrobe or cupboard, pools of water on the uneven bathroom floor, don’t drop the hairdryer in one of those, the broken shower just sprays out of one side directly on to the toilet roll holder (I will add a picture of this), I could go on for hours about this place, just don’t stay here, save yourself the headaches and don’t waste your money, the place is a hole, it should be closed down until the building works on the neighbouring building is complete, all of which are taller buildings overlooking the villa and it should be subject to a survey as it has immediate dangers, don’t don’t stay here, save yourself the pain.

Apartement is voorzien van goede keukenappartuur. Eigenaar goed bereikbaar, denkt gelijk mee om het op te lossen. Is behulpzaam.
We wisten dat de omgeving verbouwd zou worden. Het appartement naast dit apartement werd verbouwd/gebouwd. Verbouwingsgeluiden waren echt verschrikkelijk. Drilboor om 8 uur in de ochtend voor een langere tijd, leek wel alsof ze naast je stonden. Apartement rook heel erg muf, dekbedden leken ook klamig, de badkamer was het ergste qua geur. Wij hadden besloten om na 1 dag te vertrekken. Eigenaar was heel behulpzaam en heeft het super netjes opgelost, daar zijn we heel dankbaar voor.
