The nice long pool. The large double bed is wide and comfortable.
The property is in need of renovation as it is looking old. The toilet seat looks unpleasant and the wallpaper is peeling inside the room I stayed in. Facilities are not attended to. Our luggage was left unattended at the bell desk.

Location: by bike, you can quickly and without traffic jams reach the best beaches for swimming. Also nearby is a large shopping center and plenty of restaurants.
Monotonous breakfasts

Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. Good breakfasts. We had a 1.5-year-old child, so the breakfasts were suitable! In the bar, the waiters also fed the child several times, took orders with all the whims so that the food was edible for the baby. Good location. A shuttle bus from the hotel goes to one of the nearest beaches, it's free. Takes a minute or two.
The hotel itself is a bit old, but, as they say, livable. The rooms look better in the photos. Room cleaning is not an example of cleanliness, even if you encourage with small tips) But it cannot be said that the rooms were dirty.

Breakfast was good. I think the breakfast is more directed towards Asian cuisine. They still have a lot of options though. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Especially the ones working in the breakfast room, very quick and helpful. The view from reception onto all the apartments is really nice. 10+ for who thought of designing it that way. I would recommend to make a nice picture there with your partner/friends, etc. The pool is nice as well, a bit low, but still good to swim in.
The rooms are quite dated I would say. Refreshing the rooms with new outlets, interior and looking at some broken stuff is probably a good hint for the future. I still think the hotel is decent. Bali is not cheap, so in this price point, you sometimes have to accept what you get.
