“Location & property is good but the management by kozystay is terrible.”
Great location for activities in JI Expo. The property's layout is quite comfortable.
-Poor property maintenance. Aqua gallon was empty, and the remaining water in the dispenser had an off-taste and was very dirty—likely because the dispenser is never checked or cleaned. The wall decoration above the bed fell onto my head while I was sleeping because it wasn't securely attached. The worst part was that Kozystay didn't refund the deposit by the deadline, and I had to keep chasing up their customer service.

“First trip to Indonesia with family”
The apartment itself, the view from the 60th floor, the pool is very good.
Missing a laundry basket but it's a detail... Missing a coffee machine because instant coffee is not great in the morning for true coffee lovers. For my husband, the pool water was too cold. 😂 The play area for kids on the 53rd floor is a bit small considering the space available, and the noise from the air conditioners is quite loud for a children's area but these are small details.
