The villa was very well setup with lots of space and everything in the kitchen you would need to be self sufficient. Bedrooms were comfortable and cool and the pool was lovely. Budi was amazing to deal with, nothing was too much trouble.
The location is a bit out of the way but that also made it quiet and only a cheap Grab into central Seminyak

Nice location, clean and tidy host was excellent and quick to reply Moden and new room Beds comfy, felt very secure and safe as well kids loved the pool and was only a 5 min bike ride to the shops n busy area

The aircon in all rooms was great, host was extremely helpful and attentive. Linen was fresh and clean on beds. Daily housekeeping and washing machine with beach towels provided too.
Unfortunately these pictures must have been taken when the property was new. It is a bit more run down now and bathrooms not as clean as what I'm used to and a damp musty smell in main bathroom. For the price it is good. Location is not within walking distance of main seminyak but only a $2-$3 gojek so we didn't mind.
