“It is OK for a couple of days.”
The apartment is big, has big windows and has all the basics: water, Internet and good WiFi. It looks exactly like in the fotos. However, the check in and check out system is super inefficient. There is a receptionist who speaks VERY basic English and doesn't provide any instructions on how to open the door (I struggled), the WiFi password or anything at all. I had to text them through booking to get the WiFi password. To be fair, they replied to me very quickly. Then at the check out, I left the apartment at 8:30am by giving the key to the same man, and when I landed in Kuala Lumpur, I had a message from the hotel saying they didn't have the key in the reception! Definitely, they need to improve their check in/out system urgently.
It's not super clean and the bathroom looks super run out. The sheets had stains! Overall, It has potential, but they need to improve the check in and the cleaning.
