“Good location and nice garden, but uncomfortable experience.”
I liked the outdoor garden and the attention that the staff gave me upon arrival at the hotel, offering me help for anything I needed. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The location is not central but it is about 15 minutes by motorbike, which I found quite comfortable, although sometimes it was hard to find the accommodation.
The owners did not appear at the accommodation during the days I stayed there, so when I encountered problems with insect pests and some other issues with 'small visitors,' I could not get a quick response from them. This made my experience quite uncomfortable. The bedspread had some stains and I found ants inside the bed. These were the things that bothered me the most. I would also suggest putting up a sign or indication outside (since the accommodation is located down a path) to find the place, as it was difficult for drivers to locate the accommodation at night, and I couldn't recognize the street.
