Very disappointing experience Honestly, this was one of the most unprofessional villa experiences I’ve ever had. Before even arriving, we were asked to send IDs and photos of ourselves, which was already unusual and uncomfortable. Then, after a very long flight, we arrived at the villa and were left waiting 40 minutes outside the property for someone to come and check us in. There didn’t seem to be any staff available at all. While we were waiting, even the neighbours came past and asked if we were waiting for check-in, telling us that it could take more than three hours for someone to arrive. At that point, I started looking at the reviews and unfortunately realised that other guests had experienced very similar issues. When we finally got inside, we were asked for a $100 USD deposit. Then one person told us it was only $50, while another person said it was $100. Completely inconsistent and very unprofessional. The villa itself was also extremely disappointing. There was no drinking water, no tissues, and when I asked for toilet paper, I was told, “Unfortunately, we don’t provide it on a daily basis.” For the price of the villa, this was honestly ridiculous. The furniture was dirty and had multiple cigarette burns, and the property did not look properly cleaned or maintained. We were told that a cleaner would come every two days. She came once during our entire week-long stay and never returned. Overall, the communication, check-in process, cleanliness, maintenance and basic hospitality were all far below what I would expect from a professional villa. I would definitely recommend reading the reviews carefully before booking, because unfortunately many of the complaints from previous guests turned out to be exactly what we experienced.

Vous êtes informé après avoir réservé (sans pouvoir annulé gratuitement) qu il faut envoyé une caution de 100 US pour récupérer les clés... Ce fût pour moi un véritable parcours de combattant,parce que j avais à ce moment là des problèmes avec ma carte . Pas de personnel sur place ,,juste un correspondant à Dubai... Endroit pas adéquate pour garer une voiture.²
