Not good villa
The service was extremely disappointing. Instead of helping guests, it often felt like the staff were looking for ways to charge extra money at every opportunity. I paid a premium price for the accommodation, yet I was hit with additional charges for things such as the motorbike rental. The whole experience felt unfair and very unprofessional. At times, the attitude towards guests regarding payments was so aggressive that it felt close to intimidation. Rather than focusing on customer satisfaction, it seemed the priority was extracting as much money as possible from guests. I found this completely unacceptable and honestly felt more like I was being taken advantage of than being treated as a valued customer.
