The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. The owner has done an incredible job designing it and has clearly paid attention to every little detail. Unfortunately, the management company, The Bali Agent, was one of the worst I’ve experienced. The additional services they offer, such as massages and nail treatments, are carried out by people who are not very professional. We were not greeted properly when we arrived, and it was obvious that the management does not pay enough attention to cleanliness or to keeping the kitchen amenities well stocked. When we checked in, the internet did not work for several hours. It was also very difficult to reach the villa manager, who repeatedly told us he was busy with other villas and that they were short-staffed. Overall, the welcome and communication were disappointing. This was my second trip to Bali, and I’ve stayed in several villas before. Sadly, this was the poorest service I’ve received. There were many ants in the bathrooms and kitchen, and whenever we requested assistance, we rarely received updates unless we followed up ourselves. The only highlight was Eric, who handled the villa cleaning. He is a genuinely kind person, cleans thoroughly, and always tried to provide whatever we needed. Because of the management experience, I would not return to this villa, especially if it continues to be managed by The Bali Agent.

Quite and private location but it was very central and close to everything so it made it relaxing Just a short scooter ride to any dining locations and around 10 min to the beaches Clean and open plan living with very large rooms
