It's not the worst, a completely scamming service apartment I've seen in Jakarta. The AC is working and cold. The bedding is comfortable. The kitchen is clean. The bathroom is clean.
They are managed by Kozystay, a rental stay management company or something that demands a lot from you, the customer, but doesn't provide much in return. All they can do is offer virtual support with no real help. They lack property maintenance. You have to pay a 500k deposit. You cannot check in late after 10 PM (Keep in mind that technically the building doesn't allow daily stays, so I guess that's why they're secretive about it). THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. They say it's the provider's fault, couldn't find time for a visit, we stayed almost a week with no wifi. They just apologized, no compensation, nothing. The lamp in the kitchen stopped working by the second day so we had to cook in the dark. There is no glass plate inside the microwave. You can't turn on the AC inside the room with the remote, you have to do it manually. So many things are not working properly, and all the help you can get is a WhatsApp message. By the 3rd day, we were just exhausted with the facility & administration. Good luck, you're on your own.
