“the worst experience of hospitality management”
i never got to the place. they put online a place that was not available.
after taking full paiement they comfirmed the booking and couldnt reach them for a while. They told me the place was under renovation and asked me to cancel ?! the booking was not refundable. they ask me to book another place they were managing. from the morning until 19h i had calls with them and booking.com . i simply asked them to refund me or book me another place. it took them 9 hours to comply with standart booking.com procedures. They were apologising but just inapt to deliver and execute a solution, even as simple as managing a booking. finding me a new place or refunding me should not take half a day. they finally provide me another room that i reached around 21h exhausted after spending 9 hours in a cafe with my 3 bags not able to do anything. even that took hours before i got booked a new place ( probably by booking.com ) and providing me instructions, directions and all took another century. KozyStay set a new record in terrible management with poor reservations operators who can speak but not able to take any decision. the new accomodation was in a nice building clean and well maintain, quite cramped room tho but neat and clean. no compensation, refund or anything was offered. only words ' i understand Sir' still rings in my ears as an annoying sinister melody. They will be happy to hear I will avoid any Kozystay manged appartments from now on so I dont have to deal with absurd situations like that ever again.
