Cleanliness Issues When I arrived at 6 PM, the sheets in my room were not clean. I had to wait until 12 AM for the staff to change the sheets, which was very inconvenient. Air Conditioning Problems The air conditioning units in 3 of the rooms were not working properly, leaving the rooms very hot and uncomfortable. As a result, we had to sleep in the living room where the AC worked better. Lack of Refund I asked the staff to refund my money so that I could stay at a different hotel, but they refused. This was very disappointing given the poor experience I had. Unreliable Internet The internet connection was not working properly during my stay, which was an inconvenience. Recommendation Based on these issues, I would not recommend this to others. The cleanliness, air conditioning, and customer service problems made for a very unpleasant experience. I suggest looking for a better option in the area.
