Nice modern apartment complex with gym and pool.
The beds are terrible. They need to be replaced as soon as possible. They are very worn and old and that makes for a very uncomfortable sleep. The owner is aware, but I would not stay here again before getting confirmation they replaced the beds.

The location is very good and comfortable: taxi drivers have no trouble finding the building, which is professionally managed and feels very safe. The surrounding area is green and pleasant, with some good restaurants nearby. The apartment is modern, and the view over the city is stunning. Great value for money.
The mattress was not particularly comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room was leaking. At one point, there were quite a few ants in the kitchen area, but they seemed to be just passing through and soon disappeared. None of these issues affected our stay.

Nothing
The air conditioner is flooding the living room with water and there are no services around it except for a grocery store. It takes a deposit of 750,000 rupiah and returning it is very difficult. Payment should be made through Booking.com
