You can receive the room key, Wi-Fi password, etc. by email, and even if you forget, you can check it on the booking.com website.
The amenity tray was left dirty, and suddenly a deposit was required, and I received a direct email, so I was worried about fraud, and it was troublesome to check on booking.com and took time. When selecting the floor of the elevator, the card key responded, so I left it as it was.
