“Definitely recommendable”
The airport transfer was free, the breakfast was very tasty. You could choose every day whether you wanted Nasi Goreng or Pancakes. When we did the Komodo tour and also on the day of our departure, we could even order breakfast very early. Also, a scooter was available for rent at 100k/day. Great environment, nice people, cuddly dogs and cats, and even free tea and water. The rooms were clean and we had a great time there. We even extended for another night.
Cold water, but that's the case everywhere in Bajo (at least from all the accommodations I checked)

Very good value for money. Friendly family and nice room with AC. They also have a bunch of nice and friendly dogs around the house and there is a gorgeous cat that demands a lot of love and attention as soon as you leave your room. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again :) Just so you know: Some might consider the last few meters of dirt road from the paved main road to the house a bit 'creepy' and when we first got there we really weren't sure if this is the place (as google maps claimed it to be) but everything is fine, no worries :) A bigger sign for the guest house would be helpful maybe...
It is not within walking distance from/to the center but if you rent a scooter or arrange for a grab ride (both very cheap anyways) it is no problem at all. Also, there is no hot water for the shower but that is pretty usual in Indonesia.

Guest house is in a quiet area of town & is run by a friendly family. Rooms are clean & spacious with comfortable bed & good AC. Water dispenser plus communal kettle, coffee & tea, but don't expect the water to boil in a hurry! Scooters available for rent & are required unless you don't mind a long walk or ojek into town.
No hot water in the bathroom, but it's 'warm' enough. Water pressure varies. Restaurants can be found nearby, but choices are limited.
