Definitely the location and the pool, the comfortable bed and everything was very, very clean!
Unfortunately, the compressor is on the balcony on the ground. Staying on the balcony while the air conditioning was running was therefore very uncomfortable. If you rent professionally, at least the address should be correct. The address I received was that of the outbuilding! Therefore, I had to change to Thamrin EXECUTIVE with all my luggage through the underground car park and a small back way!

No washing machine, despite being advertised to have one. Raised with the host but they didn't care to address it or make alternative suggestions. Had I known that the washer would be missing, I would have booked elsewhere.

EVERY MORNING 4 O’CLOCK FROM A MOSQUE WITH REALLY HIGH SPEAKER, IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP, AT LEAST FOR 2 HOURS. CRAZY! AVOID FRIDAY, REALLY REALLY REALLY CRAZY VOLUME. For 5 times a day, on Friday. I travelled around the world since 35 years, never happened something like this. The glass of the door of the shower didn't close properly
