“A waking nightmare”
My family and I found ourselves in a nightmare situation, we arrived at 11:30 pm due to your the owner left the access card in a mailbox that was apparently no longer there, he came after 30 minutes to bring us a second card. It's not over. Once we received the card, we went up to the apartment and guess what, the owner had rented the apartment to other people, all their belongings were spread out. Imagine yourself with your children at midnight in this situation. I called him immediately, he came and was surprised by the situation. With great audacity, he asked me if I had given the codes to someone else, a big joke. I left the place immediately and booked another more expensive hotel given the last minute. These are serious things that need to be reported.
