Despite having paid for my reservation and repeatedly attempting to complete the check-in process, I have been unable to access the accommodation. I have serious concerns regarding the security of my personal information, the legitimacy of the property's communication practices. I payed for 17 nights and was unable to access the accommodation… or even find it! My cancelation request was rejected and even tho there’s an active case with booking support I still did’t receive money or confirmation that my there was no security breach as the owner asks to share your passport photos via WhatsApp on a number that’s not registered on Booking.

I really love this place! Great location: The accommodation is close to the main road and very close to an Indomaret, making it easy for guests to buy food and other daily necessities. Complete facilities: For such an affordable price, I think this place is a true hidden gem. During all my stays in different places, I’ve never found an accommodation where guests can do their own laundry, which means you don’t have to spend extra money on laundry services. Not only is there a washing machine, but there’s also an iron, microwave, hairdryer, refrigerator, and toaster. Having all of these facilities is quite rare. Overall, this is a really great place to stay and offers excellent value for money. And if you’re Muslim, the accommodation is also conveniently located quite close to the Grand Mosque.
The only thing I didn’t really like was that there was no receptionist, so I was a little confused when I first arrived because there was no one around. Fortunately, there was a cleaning staff member when I arrived, so it didn’t really become a problem. Also, the $50 deposit initially made me a little suspicious because I wasn’t sure who I would need to contact to get my money back. However, the accommodation contacted me through the app later that evening, and thankfully, my deposit was returned in full. Actually, considering all the facilities provided, I think it’s quite reasonable for the accommodation to require a deposit to help ensure that their facilities are kept intact and in good condition.
