The set up of the villa is great. It is very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. All was as clean as it can be. Location is great with good cafes, restaurants and even a brewery at walking distance. The pool was a really good size, bigger than I expected actually and the terrace view was really nice.
A few negative points about it are: When we got there there was a leak in one of the bathroom taps and the tap was loose. The leak was fixed but the tap not. There were no hand or hair towels and also no kitchen towels. The swimming pool has a light which was supposed to be on from 6pm until 2am, however initially it was going on about 2 or 3am and going off about 9am. We asked it to be fixed twice and at the second tentative the light was not coming one at all anymore. We got a day which rained a lot and the tiles in the kitchen area got really wet and slippery, nearly covering the whole area with water. There were no squeegee or mop at the property, so we had to use towels to dry it. There was supposed to be a bbq at the villa but it was not there, not a big deal as we would most likely not use it. Also some lights by the stairs going up to the terrace were not working at all. There was a villa next door which was really loud at some nights until about 2am. It would be nice if there were a list to contact for any emergency, private chef or even for cleaning, even though we were contacted a couple of times for cleaning or they just turned up. Also the floating breakfast table as shown in picture was not there either. Maybe we could be contacted prior to arrival to arrange drinks/food to be left at the fridge, at an extra cost of course.
